    I had a good day yesterday. I did however had dinner early.
    I did some walking. Drank some water. Hardly had any sweets in the house.
    But that’s OK.

    Havent really been posting but since I started im adopting clean eating, as well ad the 30 day squat challange. Doing good today. I woke up and jumped on the scale im down 5lbs. I had scrambled eggs.with spinach & mached avacado on wheat toast. A few grapes and.some Almond milk. It was pretty good. Im motivated!! :))) Good luck ladies

    Have to admit i took a relaxing day today. And didn’t accomplish all my goals. I ended up eating some pistachios after 7

    I stayed under my calorie goal today but I didn’t workout today! I usually don’t workout on Sundays but I really want to get to seven days a week!

    Today was a good day. I stayed under my calorie goal, got all my water in, and was done eating by 7pm. I will say that I’m going to bed feeling a bit hungry. Didn’t get a workout in, but I was busy and active.

    Hi There!

    Today was a day filled with preparation to return back to work after the Holiday. I planned and prepped my meals for the week and drank all of my water. I did however, eat past 7pm. I was running around to much and lost track of time. Anyway, I am super excited for tomorrow!

    I managed to get my water in. I even got my green leafy veggies. I still ate after 7, though. I really have to make more of an effort when it comes to eating after 7. I did get a small dance/play session with my girls. So, that was great.

    I didn’t drink all my water. I did eat before 7 and also did some yoga. It was a pretty good day. I haven’t had soda in 2 days or sweets that’s really good for me.

    I fell off yesterday because I worked from 7am-6pm, arriving home around 8pm-I had a scrambled egg for breakfast & 2 cups of coffee and no workout. Bomber!!!

    I was horribly sick today soooo i wasn’t able to get my exercise in no walking our anything but i did try & drink as much water as possible, hopefully tomorrow I’ll be able to go running, or atleast walking.

    I drank my water and ate dinner before 7! I didn’t, however, get to two green leafy veggies. I managed to eat them at least once. Dance session on point. Great time.
