Why Aren’t You Working Out? – Excuse #1

As a personal trainer who has been in the fitness training industry in New York for over 14 years, I hear this all the time. It struck a dissonant chord with me because I would see people in the gym who were just as busy, who had a busy family life with young children and who held full-time jobs and sometimes second jobs.

So I was thinking that those people who were working out, although busy, understood that there was so much value and many benefits to working out that they absolutely, emphatically could not avoid working out.

So not having the time was probably the NUMBER 1 EXCUSE for those who avoided working out.

    I finally was able to eat three times today. It sounds crazy but the was a big deal for me.

    I skipped breakfast again. Not trying to but its so hard. I kinda slipped on not getting all my water, but I did get my yoga in.

    Day 9:Good day. All my water, under my calorie goal, and stopped eating by 7:30 (dinner was late tonight). My main focus going forward is scheduling my workouts in.

    Last night I stepped up my game and walked two miles, I got my water in, eating healthy, I did crave pizza today…….I drunk dome water and it passed, any other time I would have ate the whole pie! Chances are occurring!
