Thank you for being here Curvy Goddess. I know it means that you’re value yourself enough to take the time to get healthy and fit.

We are at Excuse #2 to why some of us are not working out. As a Manhattan fitness trainer I also hear this excuse often. You don’t have to make the big bucks to workout. You can do body weight exercises in your home.

It’s not necessary to purchase expensive heavy-duty equipment. You can purchase all the equipment you need for under $50.

Walking, Yoga, Dance, and Kickboxing, Zumba and Calisthenics can all be done at home inexpensively.

So what’s it gonna be?

Are you going to pack it in because you may not have the money or are you going to be resourceful and make the most of what you have right now?
