Why Aren’t You Working Out – Excuse #2

Thank you for being here Curvy Goddess. I know it means that you’re value yourself enough to take the time to get healthy and fit.

We are at Excuse #2 to why some of us are not working out. As a Manhattan fitness trainer I also hear this excuse often. You don’t have to make the big bucks to workout. You can do body weight exercises in your home.

It’s not necessary to purchase expensive heavy-duty equipment. You can purchase all the equipment you need for under $50.

Walking, Yoga, Dance, and Kickboxing, Zumba and Calisthenics can all be done at home inexpensively.

So what’s it gonna be?

Are you going to pack it in because you may not have the money or are you going to be resourceful and make the most of what you have right now?

    Good Evening Friends!

    I had a membership two years ago and went faithfully until school happened and I cancelled the membership and started using workout videos at home.

    Today I worker harder at working out for an hour, I got through 35 minutes and watched the rest laying on the floor, lol, so tomorrow I will add another 5 minutes until I’m completing the video.

    I did more de cluttering today

    I got all my water in today, I ate my greens and reduced my carbs and meat. Today Curviys I stayed focus!

    Day 10: Stayed under my calorie goal, got all my water in and got in a 35 minute workout with my punching bag. I ended up eating after 7 because I had popcorn (air popped) with my daughters while watching a movie.

    Yesterday was a big fail from start to end. But tomorrow will be better. Just get up and keep going.
