This is so very true.
I have seen it every single time a personal training client sees me consistently. After she gains the confidence knowing that she is capable of keeping the consistency of exercise she wants to do more. She wants to achieve other things in her life, like eating healthier or even quitting sugar or wheat.
I have had clients attract romantic relationships after years of being emotionally shut down, and even having the courage to pursue a new career or hobby.
Exercise is truly magical.
And I am so very honored every single time to be able to be a part of a Curvy Goddess’ process.
