Now, I am going to cover the 3rd Excuse that I usually hear as a Manhattan personal trainer and that is that many of us have no clue where and how to start. But since your health is riding on your choices then you need to take action. And even before you ultimately make the decision where to turn you will need to do some research, but don’t wait too long.
Strike while the iron is hot and while you’re still excited!
There are so many resources and avenues for you to choose.
You could hire a personal trainer and train with her in-person, one-on-one.
You could join a gym and take advantage of your complimentary personal training session
You could hire an online fitness coach
You could take fitness classes
You could purchase fitness DVDs and do some research on the internet to learn about healthy eating
These are just a few things that you can get started. And if something is not for you after a few weeks or months you could always take another turn down a different fitness and health path.
