Thank you for being here on the 11th day of the Curvy Goddess Fitness & Weight Loss 30 Day Challenge!! I’m super excited that you are checking in and making YOU a priority!

Now, I am going to cover the 3rd Excuse that I usually hear as a Manhattan personal trainer and that is that many of us have no clue where and how to start. But since your health is riding on your choices then you need to take action. And even before you ultimately make the decision where to turn you will need to do some research, but don’t wait too long.

Strike while the iron is hot and while you’re still excited!

There are so many resources and avenues for you to choose.

manhattan personal trainerYou could take fitness classes

manhattan personal trainerYou could purchase fitness DVDs and do some research on the internet to learn about healthy eating

These are just a few things that you can get started. And if something is not for you after a few weeks or months you could always take another turn down a different fitness and health path.

    Hello Friends!

    I’m on track I’m tracking my food on SparkPeople and it keeps me accountable, I have tons of workout videos and I’m in the process of waking away the pounds and Hip Hop abs, it is a struggle to not laugh when my stomach is flopping, but its all fun, I envision the changes I want to see and I focus my energy on that, I read motivational quotes and keep myself in action mode. I read other people post to stay motivated and I’m doing the work. I’ve lost 8 pounds so far and that is a motivator. Keep up Divas, change is coming!

    Day 11: Feeling really good about today. Stayed under my calorie goal, got all my water in, stopped eating by 7:30 and got to go to my Zumba class.
