    I’m continuing to feel motivated. Been doing about 30 minutes worth of exercise everyday. My goal is to get it to 45 minutes by the weekend. Please keep these motivational words coming. Thanks for all that you do for us.

    Day 15:Not sure why, but these lat two days have been hard. I’ve been extremely tired. Wondering if in coming down with something. Did Hey my water in and ate well, but no workouts.
