EFT – What is it?

So many of you wanted to know what this mysterious EFT was all about so today I am going to give you a brief rundown of what this powerful method for releasing blocks and stress.

The secret to creating the health and getting into fit shape is not just about educating yourself on the types of foods you need to eat, and the workouts you need to do but it’s also about getting free from these limiting beliefs you have about yourself and your relationship with food and exercise.

So, the goal is not only to lose the weight and get fit and healthy but we also need to lose the negative thoughts about ourselves so we can change the behavior patterns which absolutely hold us back.

When you are released from these self-sabotaging bad habits, you are then free to do whatever needs to be done to make health and fitness happen in your life.

It’s that simple.

We all know that it’s a struggle to stop these bad fitness and eating habits from occurring, but I believe that there is a method that is simple and quick that can work wonders for our internal conflicts.

It’s called Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT. Many people also use the term Tapping.

It uses meridian points located in the upper half of the body along with stating and focusing on the problem and then transitioning into positive affirmations to break the connection with the negative energy produced from your fearful thoughts and beliefs.

EFT – Tapping is basically a combination of psychology and acupressure points in traditional Chinese medicine.

I think it’s pretty nifty. It has helped me with my conflicts and limiting thoughts about myself. Once I diffused those beliefs I was able to take positive action and produce amazing results in my life.
