    Today I discovered that with the right and realistic goals in place anything is possible. I never thought I would make it thru 5 days much less 30 and here I am on 25 still going strong. My water intake was a little over (which is good) and exercise was tiring but still good. I didn’t want to give up the whole journey.. well at least so far. 🙂 I’m learning so much from all the beautiful Women here. Stay strong my sisters!!! Today was a good day.
