I know it’s really tough to start exercising when you don’t like it.

The old adage of “no pain, no gain” is still embedded in the minds of many people. Is it in yours too, Curvy Goddess?

You don’t have to do something you hate and think that it will get you to your goal.

How about write down a list of activities that will float your boat, something that you may look forward to doing?

    Day 13:Today was a good day, but the evening went down hill. Only got in a 20 minute workout because my 6-year-old was a cranky pants. Then, my husband and I got in a fight and I ended up binge eating some chocolate chips… and that was after 7. I did get all my water in today. Tomorrow is a new day and I just need to focus on that.

    I dont have any motivation.

    • Hi Phylicia,

      You can’t wait for motivation to find you before taking action. I truly think it’s a myth, this idea that you need motivation to start taking action. It just won’t happen that way for most of us. And usually when motivation occurs before action is usually the bad news and the close calls.
