How Did You Do Today? Please Share With The Curvy Goddess Community Any Triumphs, Discoveries, Or Challenges…
I haven’t checked in in a couple of days-I fell off the wagon Saturday. I had a fried chicken salad from a lil local fast-food joint. Yesterday, I dined with my beau @ Ruby Tuesday-I ate grilled tilapia, topped with grilled shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce; broccoli & baked potato. No exercise Saturday but I walked a mile yesterday. Today, I had a scrambled egg-eggs whites only for breakfast; I had grilled spicy shrimp for lunch(approx 8-10med); No supper because I got home after 7pm. I did 25 jumping jacks, bend & reach, left on rights, & standing crunches (all untimed). I want to do better-I need to do better because my health/longevity depends on it. Although there are only 11 days left in dis challenge, I vow to exercise everyday-no matter how little of time…Thanks for the encouragement.

Day 19:Had a very active day today. Took my girls to a place called Jump City and jumped around with them for 2 hours. Then, ran a bunch of errands and then went to zumba. I’m beat and my hips are sore. Stayed unset my calorie goal, got all my water and more in and made it a high protein day.
