What one thing that seems to be the most difficult for you on this Curvy Goddess Fitness & Health Journey?

Why not “Eat the Frog?” This is a saying created by Brian Tracy, well-known motivator and self-development guru who advocates in doing something that you dislike in the morning to get it out of the way.

After I’ve eaten the frog I am confident. I feel like a heavy burden, a weight has lifted from me. I feel like I can conquer the world because I feel that I’ve WON!

So try it sometime in the week and report back and tell me how you felt.

    Good morning! I did this, this morning. It’s so hard for me to eat breakfast but I stopped to eat breakfast. Now to keep it up.

    I ate the frog this morning! I usually wait until the afternoon to exercise but I got it over with this morning after i had my first protein shake (Protein Zone by Naked). Surprisingly I felt a source of energy build up within me. I also tried drinking water instead of coffee or an energy drink for breakfast, now we are upon the middle of the day and I don’t feel sluggish like I Usually do by this time. I also showered earlier than usual. Doing things earlier than I am used to makes me feel accomplished. And gives me more extra leisure time. Eating the frog was a success! I’m considering to follow this new routine from now on. Embrace change, it can be interesting and fun! I still have 2 more bottles of water to drink && I’ve yet to figure out exactly what it is that I want for dinner tonight, I do know that I have to decide before 7pm. Quick question:: have any of you heard of “shakeology”? If so, was it effective for you? Also im trying to find a good player where I can buy a great yoga mat, any suggestions??

    Day 7:Today ended up being very stressful. I didn’t get my workout in like I wanted, but I stayed under my calorie goal, got in lots of water and stopped eating after 7. Most importantly, I didn’t stress eat.

    Depressed food won Today and it’ll probably win tomorrow
