					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve been stretching and doing chair exercises. I think I will add in my resistance bands and some small weights this week. I&#039;m not worried too much about my steps. I&#039;m getting between 4K-6K on an average. I want to push through my medical issues without taxing my body the wrong way. So, I&#039;m taking things nice and slow.]]></description>
