Before healthy habits become habits, where you don’t even have to think about it anymore, there is conscious focus and action behind the process.

So you’ll need to prep on a daily basis and be patient with the results. We all want the results, but there is power in patience during the process.

You’ll have to walk on the journey to get any results that you’re striving for.

For instance…

If your habit is drinking more water during the day, and you don’t really like water, then try sparkling water (unsweetened) flavored water or add lemon or lime or cucumber-mint in your chilled water. YUM!

If your habit is getting exercise in daily, and you don’t have time to go to the gym, then get your workout at home before going to work or after work for at least 7 minutes. (I promise you that you’ll want to do more.) But allowing yourself to do 7 minutes instead of an hour will get you more inspired to move.

If your habit is eating healthier, then it’s VERY important to prep. At least make a list of the healthy meals and foods you like and move forward with that.

If you’re going to eat out a couple of times a month know what the healthy choices are in your area.

My point is, success happens when you prepare for it. It doesn’t just happen. You don’t wish it and think it to fruition.

There is daily action behind successful weight loss and health.

In the morning, state your chosen habits down below in the comments section.

In the evening, check in by sharing how you did today, what you can improve, and what one thing you’re grateful for.
