- Phase 3 (Weeks 9–12): Strength & Ownership

- Daily check-in texts (morning + evening)
- Ongoing guidance, encouragement, and accountability
- Support around food choices, movement, mindset, and stress
- Real-time coaching during challenging moments
This is meant to feel supportive, personal, and human, not automated or cold.
Before You Say Yes, Let's Address Your Real Fears
I understand this fear because I've lived it. Here's what's different:
First, we're not measuring success by ONE metric (the scale). We're celebrating non-scale victories: more energy, better sleep, walking up stairs without getting winded, confidence at work, showing up for your kids.
Second, this isn't a "perfect or nothing" program. If you have a hard week, we adjust. If you miss workouts, we don't spiral into shame—we just get back on track the next day. Progress isn't linear, and I won't abandon you when it gets messy.
Third, I don't let you ghost. If you start pulling away, I check in. You're not doing this alone, and I won't let you disappear on yourself.

Every single client I've worked with has thought this at some point. And every single one has been wrong.
Your body WILL respond. Maybe not as fast as you want. Maybe not in the ways you expect. But it will respond.
Sometimes the scale doesn't move for two weeks, but you're sleeping better and your jeans fit looser. Sometimes you don't lose pounds, but you gain STRENGTH and ENERGY and you can suddenly play with your kids without getting winded.
The question isn't "Will this work for me?" The question is "Am I willing to trust the process long enough to see results?"
And my job is to keep you in the game long enough to see them.

4. Text me when it's hard: "My mom just brought over cookies and is guilt-tripping me. What do I do?" I'll talk you through it in real-time.

Here's the honest breakdown:
Workouts: 20-45 minutes, 3-5 times per week
- You choose when (early morning before kids wake up, or evening after they're in bed)
- You choose where (home, gym, or hybrid)
- Shorter workouts if you're tight on time
Text check-ins: 2 minutes per day
- Morning: I text you. You respond.
- Throughout the day: You text me questions/updates as needed (totally optional)
- Evening: Quick recap if you want
Meal planning: 10-15 minutes once a week
- We're not doing elaborate meal prep
- Simple strategies and swaps you can apply immediately
Total weekly time investment: 1.5-3 hours per week
That's less time than you spend scrolling Instagram or watching Netflix.
And honestly? You'll GAIN time back because you'll have more energy to get through your day efficiently.
YES! Absolutely.
Track A (Foundation & Confidence) and Track C (Home + Cardio) require ZERO equipment. Just your body and maybe a sturdy chair.
Track B (Gym Machines) obviously requires gym access, but if you don't have that, you wouldn't choose this track anyway.
Track D (Advanced/Hybrid) works with OR without equipment - I give you options either way.
If you want to add a set of dumbbells later (like 5-15 lbs), great. But they're not required to start.
You don't need a gym membership. You don't need fancy equipment. You just need to show up.
No - in fact, I specialize in working with women who have these exact concerns.
Here's how we handle it:
Every workout includes:
- Low-impact options (no jumping, no high-impact moves)
- Modifications for knee pain, back pain, hip pain
- Exercises that don't require getting on the floor (if that's hard for you)
- Progressive loading (we start easy and build gradually)
If something hurts, you text me: "This exercise hurts my knee."
And I'll immediately give you a different exercise that works the same muscles without pain.
Your safety is my #1 priority. We're building strength and mobility, not breaking you down.
Important: I'm not a doctor. If you have serious injuries or medical conditions, please get clearance from your doctor before starting any exercise program. But once you have that clearance, I'll make sure we work within your limitations safely.

Track A (Foundation & Confidence) is specifically designed for women who:
- Haven't worked out in years (or ever)
- Get winded walking up stairs
- Are nervous about exercising because they don't know what they're doing
That's the whole point. We start where YOU are, not where some Instagram influencer is.
I don't care if you can't do a push-up yet. I don't care if you can only walk for 10 minutes without needing to rest. I don't care if you've never stepped foot in a gym.
We'll build from wherever you are today.
The only requirement is that you're willing to try.

Here's how we handle it:
If you need to pause for 1-2 weeks:
- Just tell me. "Diane, I need to pause. Work is crazy / Kid is sick / I'm overwhelmed."
- We adjust. We'll reduce workouts to maintenance mode or pause entirely.
- When you're ready, we pick back up where we left off.
If you need to stop entirely mid-program:
- We talk about it. What's going on? Is it temporary or permanent?
- If it's temporary, we figure out a plan to make it work.
- If you genuinely need to stop, we discuss your options (including the refund guarantee if you're within 30 days).
I'm not a drill sergeant. I'm your partner.
The goal is progress, not perfection. And progress sometimes means stepping back to take care of life, then stepping forward again when you're ready.
