A: Yes, that’s my entire world. I don’t “also” train plus-size women. I train plus-size women exclusively. My workouts, coaching style, and programs are designed for bigger bodies with curves, hips, and life experience. No judgment.

Q: What makes your training different from other trainers in NYC?

A: Most NYC trainers focus on shrinking you. I focus on building you. Confidence, strength, stamina, and energy come first and fat loss follows naturally. You won’t hear “no excuses” or “burn it off.” You’ll hear “let’s make your body stronger and your mind unstoppable.”

Q: Do I need to be fit to start training with you?

A: Not even close. You just need a willing body and an open mind. Whether you’re walking into a gym for the first time or starting over for the 57th time, I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward safely and consistently.

Q: What if I can’t keep up?

Then we slow it down, without shame. Every move can be modified, and every win counts. Progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up, breathing through it, and doing a little more than yesterday.

Q: What should I wear and bring to sessions?

A: Comfy clothes you can move in leggings, T-shirt, sneakers. Bring water and that “I’m doing this for me” attitude. No need for fancy gear. You don’t even need to bring a towel. We provide that. You’re already bringing the most powerful equipment: you.

Q: What’s your training style?

A: A mix of strength training and functional movement. I’m equal parts motivator, strategist, and hype woman with a side of tough love. You’ll work hard and walk out taller, feeling just a little more confident than when you entered the fitness studio.

GETTING STARTED

Q: How do I get started?

A: Easy. Click over to the Start Here page and fill out the quick application. I’ll personally reach out within 24 hours (no assistants, no bots) to chat about your goals and schedule your first session.

Q: What happens in the first session?

A: Your first session is a “getting-to-know-your-body” day. I will walk you through a simple customized beginner-friendly workout based on the coaching call I had with you over the phone after you filled out the assessment form. You’ll leave feeling empowered, not exhausted.

Q: I’ve never worked with a personal trainer before. Is that okay?

A: It’s more than okay. It's perfect. Most of my clients start here. I’ll guide you through everything, explain the “why” behind every move, and make sure you feel safe, supported, and confident from day one.

Q: How much does personal training cost?

A: Rates vary based on your package and frequency. My goal is to help you find something that fits your lifestyle and your budget while still giving you powerful results.

Q: What is the Kickstarter package?

A: It’s your entry point into the Curvy Goddess world—a 2-week “Kick-Butt Starter Pack” designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and ready for what’s next. Think of it as a test-drive for your transformation. 

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes. Fitness is an investment, but it shouldn’t feel like a financial chokehold. We can split your package into smaller payments so you can focus on your workouts, not your wallet.

Q: What happens after I complete the Kickstarter package?

A: You’ll have the option to continue into a full transformation program designed around you—your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. That means a meal plan based on your diet preferences and access to the Curvy Goddess Fit App, where I’ll upload customized workouts for the days you’re not training with me at the Park Avenue studio.

Q: Where do you train clients?

A: All in-person sessions take place at my private Park Avenue studio in New York City. It’s a calm, inclusive space, no intimidation, no chaos, just you and your workout.

Q: Is parking available near the gym?

A: Yes. Street parking and nearby garages are available, and most clients take public transportation since we’re just steps from major subway lines. Either way, you’ll get here easily and leave glowing.
